2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted shipping partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time within the United States is 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Cut-off time for same-day processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Total Shipping Time
The total shipping time includes order processing and delivery time, estimated at 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Somnora Home US does not cover customs fees, and we recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information before placing an order.
7. Address Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@somnora-home-us.com.
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.
- If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address, and you will need to contact the carrier directly for redirection options.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from a designated pick-up location, the following options apply:

- Refund: The order can be refunded, excluding any shipping costs incurred.
